About Coach Paul
Along with my wife Melissa Kimball, an architect and interior designer, I have called Capitol Hill home for more than 25 years. We were first drawn here by the incredible architecture, but we stayed because of the vibrant community and the people who make this neighborhood so special.
Long before I became a real estate agent, I spent 30 years in sales, primarily in the technology, software, and professional services industries. Throughout my career, I built lasting relationships by providing a highly personalized level of service, making the transition to real estate a natural one. Before becoming a licensed agent, I served as a listing manager for one of Washington's top real estate teams, coordinating every aspect of the sale of more than 50 homes. That experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of the transaction from both the buyer's and seller's perspectives, and I bring that same attention to detail, commitment, and service to every client I represent.
My connection to Capitol Hill extends well beyond real estate. I was a founding board member of Capitol Hill Little League and continue to volunteer as a coach today. Helping young players develop confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game has been one of the most rewarding parts of being a member of this community.
I celebrate each closing by making a donation to a local charity in honor of my clients. It feels like a more meaningful and lasting way to celebrate the purchase of a new home than the traditional bottle of champagne. - Let me help!
